Q: What are the best financing options?

Q: I’m a first-time home buyer. Are there special programs for me?
A: Yes!
Q: What is the closing cost breakdown and is this negotiable with the seller?
A: Typically, home buyers will pay between 1% and 5% of the sale price to cover the cost of closing a home loan. Costs include an application fee, appraisal, and title fee. Closing costs are negotiable with the seller, which we will include in any offer made to the seller.
Q: How long does it take to buy a house?
A: Once you have decided on a house and the owner accepts your offer, it can take four to six weeks to go through the closing process.
Q: I’m moving to the area. What are the neighborhoods and schools like in Northwest Florida?
A: At DonandBubba.com, you can request information on the neighborhood you want to live in under the Buyers tab. Simply fill out the short form and area you want to live in, and we’ll email you some information.
